Episode 1: On Waiting for the Right Person
As I sit here, pen in hand (or should I say — computer on lap), I can’t help but reflect on the years that have passed, the imagined first dates, the ghostly heartbreaks, and the gnawing feeling that maybe, just maybe, I’ve been waiting for the right person all along — myself. We live in a world where everything is instant — fast food, fast fashion, and even fast love. It’s no surprise that the pressure to find “the one” can be overwhelming. All around me, friends are getting engaged, getting married, some even having babies, and here I am, still searching for that genuine connection.

Doctors may recommend pain medications, physical therapy, braces, or even surgery. But another option that is gaining popularity — regenerative injection therapies like platelet-rich plasma (PRP).
Sanjoy debnathPublished 3 months ago in JournalApologizing To Yourself...We'll Talk About It
I think more often than not we all have a lot of regrets or wishes that we could’ve done something a tad differently. We say we don’t, but we do. The only times we don’t and truly mean it are when we’re content/happy with the present moment, then we think about all that led us here and say, “I wouldn’t change a thing”. It's kind of sweet. You know what I don’t like? Over-explained apologies. When someone is apologizing and they say “I only did this because *cue sob story to make you feel bad for them and lessen their mistreatment of you* ”. You want to know why? I feel as though when people over-explain while apologizing they think I don’t see them as human. I know you are and with this information, I know you will mess up/be moody/be annoying/have unkind moments–I get it. I’m empathetic to it because I, too, am human.

This was the first post on my Substack when I initially dedicated it to my battle with survival debt. I was going to talk about my journey to eliminate the debts I've built up over the past 13 years there, and how my 2023 ADHD diagnosis factors into everything I've dealt with.
