Entrepreneurship Vs. Automation

Introduction.

I have been thinking about this topic for many years. I'm writing this to forever archive this for educational purposes. What you learn from working in any field of business—for example, retail, restaurants, LLC, and other companies—please understand that most of this writing will be opinionated. I will be talking about the difference between how corporations and entrepreneurship work and how different they are in dealing with the general public and how you can come up in advancements on your own without being tied to the automated system that was learned in school since our births.

Management vs Leadership

Corporate leadership is an important, yet tedious aspect of the business world. Order and control are needed to get things on the ball and to make profits that will benefit all. Because of the human era, there is a lot of miscommunications, misunderstandings, and conflicts with associates, with higher management. Furthermore, dealing with gripes and groans that have to do with benefits which all parties need for future retirement. These simple benefits we all have been paying for are sometimes in jeopardy. Depending on your company or business that you may work for, being private or union, these things come in the nature of injuries on the job, complaining about hours, or disagreements between employees and higher management that are in salaried positions or business volume-based income.

The purpose of true leadership is to lead by example. I have this experience being in the US Marine Corps for eight years. This way your people can trust you and learn from you, so that they may better themselves regardless of position or authority. Becoming an entrepreneur starts to become exciting when you had enough of the same drama for a number amount of years. Within the time working and dealing in your field of work, and what you have learned, the opportunity will come when you market for yourself on something you have passion for or always wanted to do for a long time. The drive that makes you work for what you want; to pursue that risk. Please keep in mind that most of the companies have information that you can write or call them, or find out alternative ways of working with them, not for them. You will be paid in commissions, not salary or hourly if you were to work for them as you were. That is the only difference. You get paid on the work you get done. However, you make more in commissions than you do hourly.

Work for Yourself!

Working for yourself is a wonderful thing to do once in your life, no matter what profession you are in. Working with—and not for—a company can give you many opportunities that you did not have with you when you were part of the "Corporate Automation." You will have ample time with your children and family. In this present day and age, families and children are starting to go missing every day. Because of this, parents of the children are going through the everyday grind of a nine to five J-O-B, and have no idea what their children are into, or how they are influenced by their fellow peers.

Most people are forced to go to work with little to no hours at the job site. Working for yourself, you don't have to worry about if you're going to get that raise in six months. This is common in developing nations because they don't have the concept of rules and order of business as we have in the West. This is why creativity is at its best in this new world today.
