Open water and open minds
The year is 2000, I'm 5 years old and I just watched the iconic film "JAWS" starring a ravenous Great White shark, out for cold blood. Killing everyone and everything in it's path, leaving destruction in it's wake. Being a young and impressionable native Floridian, this movie really shook me to the core, and it took years for me to recover from the stigma that this movie (and so many others) had created. The media's portrayal of sharks and their insatiable appetite had done it's part in keeping me out of the oceans for quite some time.

Hunters Become the Hunted
There are many hunters that inhabit the world. In and out of the ocean, and all over. They're everywhere. Ensuring the world isn't overran by population inflation, every predator has a part to play, and in doing so, this gives the Earth a sense of balance. Unfortunately, hunting comes with some consequences when the hunters are also hunted. Humans are the most apex of all predators, the most skilled at hunting, and render the least remorse when it comes to killing. It's getting out of control, and starting to kill off one of our most prized jewels of the ocean: Sharks.

10 Things You Didn't Know About Your Server/Bartender
10. Dine and Dashers Most people probably don't know this, but dining and dashing means that your server just paid out of their own pocket to serve you. Most restaurants have a system where the server will tip out a small portion of their earnings to the bartender and the host (if there happens to be one) and that's taken out of the servers accumulated tips. Not only do they have to pay tip out of their tips, but some places (not mine) even make them pay the amount that was walked out on.
