Ethics
In my field of study there are many ethical dilemmas that could happen. One of the biggest dilemmas I may encounter over my time of business is finding the best product but trying to keep the price down. There are many products I will need in my field of career. Being able to keep the price of product down will save me and the customers money. When looking into these products I may be tempted to look towards other countries to help make the products and keep the price down. When we do this, there is a chance that these businesses overseas are not treating the employees right, not giving them a fair pay rate, or giving them a horrible work condition, they work in.

Operant Conditions and Behavioral Modifications
Operant Conditions and Behavioral Modifications Operant conditions are rewarding or punishing others for their behaviors. My work uses this as a method to help everyone see what the right or wrong behavior is. When the company sees someone doing a phenomenal job or exceeding all expectations of the company they are rewarded or that behavior. These rewards range from employee of the month clear down to prizes you can choose from. This can help employees continue that behavior. “Positive reinforcement strengthens a behavior by providing a consequence an individual finds rewarding” (McLeaod, 2018). When employees are showing negative behavior, our company gives a punishment. These punishments are called write ups. Everyone is given three chances with the write ups before termination is an option the company has. This shows the employee what behavior is not allowed and how they can change this behavior. This also allows the employee a chance to change the behavior.

Communication
How often do we think about how well our communication skills are? Our communications skills are not always something we think about daily. We may think about them when we have a public speech to give, have an argument with someone and think how things could have been said different, or even when we are talking to our boss and they take what we say differently than how we meant it to be. These are times I know that I think about my communication skills.

Benefits of Having a College Degree
When we consider going to college, there are many things that can convince us to go but also many things convincing us not to go to college. Sometimes when we are thinking about going to college we don’t think about the benefits we can receive from a degree. We tend to focus on the negative things that can come from going to college. We should start to consider more positive things than negatives when it comes to a college degree. There are many reasons to go to college; receiving better job opportunities, a chance at earning more money, and being a positive influence on our children and future generations.
