What You Should Know Before Bleaching Your Hair
Ever since I was a young teen, I've always wanted to bleach my hair. Sure, I've dyed my hair into lighter shades of brown, and even had red hair, but it was a little hard considering my natural hair color is almost pitch black. Plus, my hair is actually naturally curly (and frizzy). I wasn't sure how that would work considering I was already damaging my hair by straightening it everyday.

As you walk around, you hear chirping; a variety of parrots. A thought crosses your mind and you decide you want a budgie (parakeet). So you buy a cage, a couple of toys, a bag of seeds, and a bird.

When Friends Leave
In the fifth grade, I had only two friends. The three of us were pretty much inseparable. It was like watching Mean Girls in real lifebut we were in elementary school. Every night we'd three way call each other, and everyday we'd have a dress code. Everyone was convinced we'd be lifelong friends, and we couldn't imagine it any other way, until the day it was clear it wouldn't stay that way.

There's no denying the appeal in being your own boss, and calling your own shots. There's also no denying the appeal in investing in something you love whether it be clothes, video games, or makeup. In movies, high school is depicted as a place where time in between classes is infinite at lockers, cliques are a definite, there's always a lot of people, and most of the time, teachers are supportive. These movies always demonstrate a sense that high school is your whole life, and the things you do in high school dictate who, and what, you'll be in the future.
