My Life with Eczema
Unfortunately, I have suffered from eczema my whole life, as well as excessive dry skin, which makes the eczema symptoms exaggerated. On a positive note, I finally feel that at the age of 24 I can manage the unpredictable symptoms of eczema.

Tips While You Travel and Your Cats Stay Home Alone
Cats are cute, fluffy predators that chose to be domesticated by humans. If you are a cat owner then I am sure you have the thought that there is a miniature lion roaming your house that basically owns you although they let you claim the owner title. They are playful, clean, and loving pets; although the loving part is on their terms, it makes it all the more special. To be fair, dogs are great pets, but there is a lot more that goes into traveling since they need to be walked and can be a bit destructive when bored. What I love about having two indoor cats as pets is their independence, so when I travel, I don’t have to hire a petsitter, saving me money to spend during my travels. I do admit, I am a worrywart, so through trial and error of products, I have figured out how to travel without worry and knowing my cats are safe.

Financial Tips for Planning Family Trips
About a year and a half ago my mom brought to my attention a great idea, when planning our family trips all parties going on the trip transfer money into one savings account to keep track of how much we have collectively before the trip and to all pitch in to one account. My sister and I being obsessed with list and itineraries let our ideas sore, we added to this idea and proven that it is possible to plan family trips on a budget!

Why I Started a Side Business
A little background on my work life that was leading me towards depression and sparked my side business—Phoenix Aromas Etsy Shop. I am a regional manager for a veterinary company. I have been in the veterinary industry for nine years now as different positions, such as kennel leader and veterinary technician. As a regional manager, I was slowly feeling like a robot doing the same automatic thing every week. I was even experiencing the same exact conversations with the same people consistently! When the conversations became broken records, that is when I knew I needed to make a change in my life, and fast. I realized I was exhausted from the constant small talk and superficial conversations, it was affecting my mental health drastically. Autopilot was not good for me emotionally or mentally. I felt helpless, and just stuck, not moving forward or even backwards. The best way to describe my situation was like being on a treadmill: I am moving forward, but in the same spot constantly. Most of all, I was not getting the fulfillment I desired. I wasn't doing any good for the clients or pets, just offering services, and wasn't doing any good for myself preforming the same duties weekly.

Winston-Salem, North Carolina
If you ever find yourself traveling through North Carolina there is a gem north of Charlotte and west of Greensboro known as Winston-Salem. Winston-Salem offers art, innovation, diversity, and the perfect balance of country/city living. Before I moved to Winston-Salem to follow a job opportunity I have never heard of it, after living here for a couple months I am shocked that this quaint but busy little city is not well-known. Winston-Salem offers history, nature trails, diverse food, lush scenery, and a dynamic downtown.

Overcoming the Fear of Moving
Whether you are moving out of your parents for the first time, within the state, or out of state this is a major change and it is very intimidating. If someone would have told me in the past that today I would be writing an informational/advice article on moving I and my whole family would have laughed in your face. Why so funny? When I was younger we moved about four times and every single time I built so much anxiety and resistance to change I would express it through vomiting. It was emotionally awful for me but disgusting for my poor mom that had endure my strange physical reaction to moving. Now that I am older in the last two years I have moved three times, two times within the state of Florida and one time out of state to North Carolina. By the way, in the last two years no vomiting meaning if you are like how I was there is hope for you!

Savannah, Georgia
Located on the coast of Georgia separated by the Savannah River to South Carolina is a small tourist town filled with history from the houses to the streets, unique stores, and hidden gems of restaurants. When it comes to history it can be powerful and beautiful to terrifying and creepy but all of it makes Savannah and why it has become such a great place to visit. There are plenty of stores and like all tourist towns you will get the basic souvenir stores but there are also small marketplaces filled with local crafts, a great dog/cat boutique with about five locations within this small location (very pet friendly town), and one of my favorites Savannah Bee Company where anything you can make with honey is developed and sold at this store. As for restaurants you will find cuban food, bar food, seafood, and amazing southern breakfast food; it is refreshing to go through a town and see very few chain restaurants and you will get that experience in Savannah.
